Tom started his working career serving an apprenticeship at A&EE Boscombe Down where he went on to work primarily on helicopters. Changing career in 2001 Tom works for South Western Railway as a Salisbury based Train Driver. He has been active in ASLEF the train drivers union, Salisbury & District Trades Union Council and the Labour party for many years. Married to Councillor Caroline Corbin they have both served as Bemerton Heath ward and formerly Bemerton ward Salisbury City Councillors since May 2013.
