Work your way: up to 37 hours per week, hybrid working

Salary:  £23,893 – £24,702 (full time, pro-rata for part time)

Salisbury City Council provide citywide leadership both now and for the future. Are you ready to embark on a fulfilling administrative journey supporting Salisbury City Council with this goal? We are seeking a talented Administrator to join our dedicated Corporate Services team.


About us:

Our Corporate Services Team plays a pivotal role in supporting the entire council. As a valued member of our team, you’ll be responsible for preparing and documenting the actions arising from our Committee meetings. Our Committee meetings are held in the evening which can facilitate a different way to usual working hours.  Additionally, you’ll provide crucial administrative and project support across all levels of council officers. Your contributions will extend to assisting the Administration Leaders and the Mayor with diary management and engagement coordination.


About you:

We’re in search of an outstanding Administrator who may have previously supported Senior Officers or Councillors. If you are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, and excel in building meaningful working relationships through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, you’re exactly who we need. Your ability to thrive within a team while effectively prioritising and adapting to a dynamic workload sets you apart.
