City Council seeks companies to tender for repairs and maintenance services

Salisbury City Council is inviting contractors to tender for the opportunity to provide repairs and maintenance services for its facilities and infrastructure, including some planned minor works.

The opportunity on offer will cover an initial period of three years of operation, from 1 July 2025 to 30 June 2028, and a further 2-year extension period, ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of key city assets, including historic landmarks, public facilities, and the council’s commercial property portfolio.

The contract is valued at £3,200,000.
