Funding

The Activities Leaders within the SCC Communities Team work with a range of sports partners and have a range of connections and information regarding sources of funding for your club or project. We are happy to talk to you about how to get your project off the ground or funded for the future to support the development of active opportunities for all.

Whist Salisbury City Council does not directly administer a sports specific fund we do offer the opportunities below and our Community development Grants welcome applications from sports clubs or projects.

We also work with Wiltshire and Swindon Sports partnership (WASP) to support the Physical Activity legacy of Salisbury 2020: City on the Move. There are two funding strands available

Project20
Funding available for training, enabling coaches to start their coaching journey, either as a community volunteer or to start a new career. OPEN UNTIL DEC 2022.

Club Grant
Funding available for clubs Please email and we will sent the relevant paperwork. Due to Coronavirus we have extended the time period that this project until December 2022.
