Annie has lived in Harnham for 30 years.
Now retired, she worked in journalism for 32 years, 23 of them as a sub-editor on national tabloids, and more recently as a reporter and columnist for the Salisbury Journal.
She and husband David have two sons who attended Bishop Wordsworth’s School, where Annie also briefly worked as a receptionist.
Her interests include housing development, traffic, local democracy, Old Sarum airfield, and protecting green spaces and wildlife.
Annie sings with Salisbury Community Choir, helps run the Facebook group SOS – Save Our Salisbury, and writes an occasional blog, Inspired By Salisbury.
