Sam was born in High Wycombe and lived in London for many years before moving to Salisbury prior to starting a family. He lives in Salisbury with his wife – and fellow Salisbury City Councillor – Victoria.
Sam’s background is in the theatre, having worked for many years as a Sound Engineer in London’s West End, and he now works as a Project Manager for a Salisbury-based software development company.
Sam is extremely proud to represent the residents of St Paul’s.
