The Local Government Transparency Code (May 2016) holds that it is recommended practice for parish and town councils to publish information relating to individual items of expenditure exceeding £250 on a quarterly basis. This information will be published following the end of each quarter, a maximum of one month after the quarter to which it relates.

As there is a strong possibility that this £250 threshold may be lowered still further, and to provide greater transparency of SCC public spend, the Council is providing items of expenditure exceeding £100 from Quarter 4 2025/26.
