Streetscene Operatives

Seasonal – April to September 2024
37 hours per week
Working pattern of 5 out 7 days per week (including weekends)
£12.00 per hour

Would you like to contribute to keeping the streets of Salisbury clean? Salisbury City Council are currently seeking some Streetscene Operatives to ensure we maintain our excellent service during the busy Spring to Autumn months.

A Streetscene Operative will do a variety of things, including:
• Removal of litter
• Servicing street litter bins
• Street sweeping
• Removing weeds, graffiti, and fly tipping
• Gathering evidence required for prosecutions

We are looking for someone who:
• Enjoys working outdoors
• Has good mobility to meet the physical demands of the job
• Has a passion for keeping the streets of Salisbury clean and green
